Product Return Policy Information
We back our products with a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied simply follow our return policy, and we will replace it. Opened Syringes, prints, and slant cultures may be returned for exchange only! We also add the following restrictions.
- No more than 2 replacement spore syringes, prints or slants maximum!
- Statments of an intent or attempt to violate the law will invalidate your ability to return the product.
PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do accept Returns for unopened Products, which are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY REFUND unopened products. We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s). Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable! All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.

Please Follow These Simple Steps to Complete a Return Refund Request
Steps to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Call our Customer Service Department at
1-303-731-3137 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA) and mail your package(s) to the address that is on your invoice.
- Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt.
The RMA number MUST be written underneath your return address at the top left of the package being returned.
- Mail back the remaining product PROMPTLY in the products original packaging, the receipt stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative.
- Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
- RMA's which are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and will NOT be honored.
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:
If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a charge back due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Disclaimer
The Mushroom spores we sell can produce mushroom fungi provided you put them in the right growing conditions and attempt to cultivate them. However it is illegal to cultivate some species of mushrooms in the U.S., but it is not illegal to posses spores and research them under a microscope.
It is NOT Dark Spores intention that you break any laws! Pictures are provided for informational and reference purposes only.
We sell spores for microscopy and identification purposes only. We do not condone you partake in any illegal activities. What you do with the spores and information is up to you, but we do not condone you do anything illegal if you decide to purchase spores.
Please check your laws regarding spores before purchasing them and most important, do not violate those local laws.
